About the Project
This contemporary standalone villa in Mivida, Cairo, covers a 160 m² interior design scope spanning the entrance, entrance lounge, staircase, reading nook, reception, dining area and kitchen. The concept is modern and bold, built on high-end materials, rich texture and elegant furnishing. Clean lines and open layouts are combined with neutral tones and bold accents, including deep red marble, burgundy artwork and leather seating set against warm timber panelling. A floating staircase rises above an illuminated indoor garden, and a curved reading nook overlooks greenery through full-height glazing. The result is a stylish, functional home that feels both sophisticated and timeless.
