About the Project
Private Villa 2 is a 300 m² luxury villa in Egypt built around soft modernism, where the architecture feels fluid, warm and intentionally calm. The design relies on sculptural curves, clean planes and a restrained palette of creamy neutrals layered with natural wood and tactile textures. Light is treated as a material, with generous daylight, soft shadows and subtle architectural lighting highlighting form rather than fixtures. Timber screens, rounded volumes and framed views guide movement between living, dining, kitchen and bedroom areas without hard transitions, and a floating staircase with an indoor garden forms a central feature. Furniture is selected as functional sculpture, keeping the atmosphere minimal but rich.
