About the Project
Private Villa 1 is a 300 m² luxury villa in Egypt shaped around quiet sophistication, where every space is intended to feel calm and carefully curated. The design language is minimal yet warm, combining clean architectural lines and soft neutral tones with wood, stone and textured finishes layered to create depth without visual noise. Lighting is treated as a signature element, using subtle indirect sources to guide movement and highlight proportions rather than fixtures. Furniture and art are selected like gallery pieces, with sculptural forms and grounded palettes. The villa is conceived as a private sanctuary that slows the pace of life and elevates daily rituals.
