Private Apartment – Madinaty

About the Project

This 170 m² apartment in Madinaty, Cairo, follows a modern minimal style. The scheme covers living areas, kitchen and breakfast bar, bedrooms, home-office corners and bathrooms, unified by warm timber flooring, taupe and grey joinery and soft, low-contrast lighting. Living spaces combine a timber-clad TV partition with deep blue and rust upholstered seating, while the kitchen pairs handleless cabinetry with stone-effect backsplashes and lit display niches. Bedrooms use full-height wardrobes, integrated desks and textured feature walls, and bathrooms are finished in large-format stone-effect tiles with minimal fittings. The result is a calm, practical family home with a consistent minimal language throughout.
