About the Project
Private Apartment 1 is a complete 300 m² quiet-luxury residence in Saudi Arabia, designed around calm proportions, refined restraint and everyday comfort. The design language is sculptural and minimal, combining soft curves, warm neutrals and layered textures that feel tactile and premium without visual noise. Lighting is treated as part of the architecture, with indirect lines and natural daylight shaping the mood of each room across the day. The scope covers living and dining areas, bedrooms, a children's room and bathrooms, each composed to reduce friction and elevate comfort. The result is a timeless interior where luxury is felt rather than announced.
