These terms govern your use of ibe-mena.com (the “Website”), operated by IBE Design House (“IBE”, “we”, “our”). By using the Website you accept these terms.

1. Information on the Website

The Website presents our services and a selection of completed projects for general information. Descriptions, areas, timelines and process steps are indicative. They are not an offer, a quotation or a guarantee of a particular result. A project is governed only by the written agreement signed between you and IBE.

2. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting the contact form or messaging us does not create a contract. Any proposal we send remains valid for the period stated in it and is subject to a site survey and a signed agreement.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including designs, renders, photographs, drawings, text, the IBE name and logo, is owned by IBE or used under licence. You may view and share links to the Website, but you may not copy, reproduce, publish, modify or use any content for commercial purposes, including as a basis for other design work, without our written permission.

4. Client names and project images

Commercial project names and brands appear with the consent of the respective clients. Residential projects are shown without client names. If you are a client and wish a project to be removed or altered, contact us and we will act promptly.

5. Careers

Job listings describe open positions at the time of publishing. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment. Please submit only accurate information and documents you are entitled to share.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website to send spam, upload malicious files, attempt to access restricted areas, scrape content, or interfere with its operation.

7. Third-party links and services

The Website links to WhatsApp, social networks and map services. These are operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

8. Liability

We work to keep the Website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, IBE is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Website or from temporary unavailability. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to the Website. Project agreements may specify a different governing law and forum.
