IBE Design House (“IBE”, “we”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through ibe-mena.com, why we collect it, how we keep it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the message you send us.
• Careers form: your name, email address, phone number, the position you apply for, and the CV or documents you upload.
• Usage data: pages visited, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, and how you reached the site. This is collected through Google Analytics using cookies and is not combined with the data you submit in forms.
• WhatsApp and phone: if you contact us through the WhatsApp button or by phone, your number and the conversation are handled under WhatsApp’s or your carrier’s own terms.

We do not collect payment-card details on this website and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

3. Why we use your data

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a consultation or proposal.
• To assess your job application and contact you about it.
• To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your data and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked us to.

4. Where your data goes

Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored in the website’s secure database. Our email runs on Google Workspace and the website is hosted on servers operated by our hosting provider, so your data may be processed outside Egypt and Saudi Arabia under those providers’ security commitments. We only share data with service providers that need it to perform their work for us, or when the law requires it.

5. Cookies

The website uses functional cookies (for example to remember your language and location choice) and Google Analytics cookies (to measure visits). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the website will still work.

6. How long we keep data

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact unless a project follows, in which case they are kept as part of the project records. Job applications are kept for up to 12 months. Analytics data is retained according to Google’s default settings.

7. Your rights

Under the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law, you may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to stop processing it, or to receive a copy of it. Email info@ibe-mena.com and we will respond within 30 days.

8. Security

The website uses HTTPS encryption, restricted administrator access and regular updates. No internet transmission is completely secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive information through the forms.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
