About the Project
The Skyline Commercial Tower is a 12,000 m² mixed-use tower in the heart of Riyadh's business district. IBE was commissioned to deliver the full architectural package from schematic design through to tender-ready documentation. The façade language responds to Riyadh's intense solar environment with deep-set windows and a geometric mashrabiya-inspired cladding system.
