The 540 m² Hawaz Co. headquarters in Saudi Arabia is envisioned as a luxury workplace ecosystem that is open, collaborative and deliberately composed. Transparent meeting suites frame the floor like galleries, keeping leadership and teamwork visible while preserving acoustic privacy. A calm material palette of warm wood, soft neutrals and precise black detailing sets a tone of quiet confidence, while branded focal walls anchor the company identity without overwhelming the space. Reception, executive offices, lounges, a coffee point and open workstations are arranged for clarity of movement and reduced visual noise. The result is an efficient, elegant workplace built to support daily performance.
